All QbitShield technology, including:

  • Prime Harmonics
  • Prime-Based QKD (PB-QKD)
  • PB-QFT
  • compiler components
  • documentation, branding, and content

is owned by QbitShield and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Acceptable Usage of Cryptographic Features

QbitShield provides quantum-derived and classical cryptographic capabilities.

You agree to use them responsibly and acknowledge that:

  • security depends on correct implementation
  • results may vary based on hardware availability
  • QbitShield does not guarantee outcomes beyond what is measured and documented

We provide no warranty that cryptographic outputs are fit for any specific legal or regulatory purpose.

6. Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain reliable service, but availability may vary due to:

  • maintenance or upgrades
  • hardware or cloud provider outages
  • network disruptions
  • research or experimental releases

We may modify or update features at any time.

Significant changes will be communicated clearly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • QbitShield is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • QbitShield is not responsible for losses arising from misuse of cryptographic features
  • QbitShield provides services "as-is" without warranties beyond documented performance

Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the extent allowed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QbitShield from claims or losses arising from:

  • misuse of the platform
